A quick drawing of a strut gives you your spring length. Add Desired travel and Spring compression together then add bump stop then the distance between the top of the shock and the halfway point of adjustment. should give you circa 7-9 inches...

Im guessing at 750 Kg's for your car or 1650 lbs. 45/55 weight distribution thus 453 lbs on each front spring

Ok ill have look 2nite my cars 910 kg with full tank as its justy is it still 45 55 split with the rear diff cheers

how do you change the spring rates on that site because thats going to change the amount they compress with load aint it i think i need 9 inch spring tho from what i can make out cheers

Ive got some coilovers for my swift but need new threaded sleeves and adjustment nuts, where did you get yours from. Thanks.
