Re: Almondo's GTi update 27/8/11
i havent poured anything yet lol
i made the 1st mould out of wood and vacuum formed plastic around it.
2nd mould im coping the exact 1 then get rid of all the high and lows that the orignal has, well thats the plan anyway lol
i wud still use vacuum forming to create it. never had any experience with injection moulding and wudnt no where to start with a mould for that.
iv brought 2mm polycarbonate but its abit too thick really

well the brace is powder coated black
swapped the wiper motor bracket for 1 i painted a while ago, fitted brace and replaced a load of nuts, bolts, washers and screws with stainless ones
also got gary's plug cover to fit, but it doesnt fit over my leads so i need a new set
that is all , till next time
