finally got my arse into gear

had a long ass weekend not because of the turbo bu because the water pump decided to give up after a day of being on axle stands and not running loool . all is done apart from the oil feed line to the turbo. i dident make it well but i have a suspision that i have the wrong line for the ends.










just gonna run 10psi on the chip as its my daily and shes on 150.000 miles and still going strong gonna dyno and get a video up soon as i sort the oil line and put my gagues and the other finishng touches in

some better pics gona paint the inlet black and put my green rocker cover on with gary [dominators] rocker cover inlay once my m6 bolts arrive. car is 10 times better with boost just a few fine adjustments to be made






i also have to somehow get a airfilter to fit but its very tight to the rad

Congratulations on your turbo conversion mate, nicely done. But, as I remember most of the conversions I've seen have the turbo inlet facing the other way, thats probably why u've got the air filter problem. N e way, I'm sure u'll work it out.

yea that would have been better but you live and learn ive sorted it now anyway a bit of ally flexi pipe wrapped in silocone tape sorted it

why the hell ar all timing belt covers bent?

they always bend and buckle the more you take them on and off ive got some mint ones somewere but dont really bother me it has done 148000 miles after all

justy aint up to much at the moment not enough intrest to make a kit so doubt its happening always the way people dont want to spend the money

lol i know was gonna space it up but think it looks good anyway naaa not dynoed it yet just got another emerald k3 ecu second hand for 350 so gonna get that in asap but want to dyno before any after ecu to se how the chip is doing.also got a lsd which im gonnna build a box for in the week thats needed for first gear big time but goes really well had 130 out of her with ease today also got all my hankook rs2s on her and they are fantastic wet or dry and only £50 a corner

im after a decent ecu, now my engine is run in proper im lookin into a itb setup for the summer
but im gona start wiv just the ecu and see what comes from that
are there any that can hold 2 maps?
how are the rs2`s compared to the t1r`s
i got my toyos for 170 fitted

the emerald k3 can do 3 maps on a switch and more on your laptop. but theres a k6 out now which has more gadgets and a built in m.a.p sensor. The hankooks are amazing compared to the T1rs no competition i will stick with these hankooks i paid £200 for the tyres delivered and i dont pay for fitting so all in not bad.

whats with the main picture mate? fair enough you want to show off your work but why put a crap effect on it so you cant even see what the hell it is?

i think the T1rs are good, better than the s-drives i had anyway.
really grippy in the dry not so easy to spin but i think there slighty worse than the s-drives in the wet tho.

p.s trust me bang for buck next tyres you get hankook rs2s

couple of updates then now the exhaust is done the thrust bearing went so got another clutch off of ebay 3 puck thing works well but not as good as the suzukird one. rebuilt a gbox with my suzukisport lsd and car drives 10 times better dunno how i lived without it haha. this week gonna fit my new surround gauges and a stereo time to get some comfort going on haah then get the emerald ecu on turn the boost upto a 1 bar and should be it for the moment then its just body and interior work

cut the vents out filled glued and smoothed it in satin black then hey preston im well happy with it

whats the rubber bush in the centre of the front arb?
shift shaft hitting?
i think you need a proper front lower brace on her aswell
