Hi,

I think you better off asking Andy to make an ultimate Justy.
He told me that give him £5k and he will make a 200bhp@wheel Justy.
I do think he can do it for that price and he will be using best gear for sure.
If you mod your Gti, you will need to change so many things.
If you mod Justy, it is already AWD and It is Justy so you won't have issue with Police. Stay right side of the law and insurance.

Cheers
Atchi

its the Justy which looks like and is a Swift, if your buying Justy parts from a breakers over the phone just make sure it has the g13b engine.

I wouldnt bother using the Justy box, flywheel or even the car on a NA gti engine as you loose too much power through the 4wd system, just get an LSD for your gti box.

the justy flywheels heavy, and u only need it when u use the justy gear box.
and apprently the ratios are crap unless u have a turbo

I wouldnt say the ratios are crap, mine still maxes out at 140mph, same as the gti box. But the only reason for fitting the justy gearbox and fly is because its stronger, so on an NA engine its not really worth the bother as theres quite alot involved to do the conversion

nick c wrote:hi all, this year im going to turbo my swift after deciding its the best route for big power, what i want to know is can i produce 200bhp from my engine and gear box, i want to beat my mates 186bhp pug 205 turbo lol, is there anyone here with that power and most important thing of all did it cost serious money, i dont mind spending the money it just means it will be a long project, any help and info is appreciated, regards Nick.

Give you some options.... and prices.

Option one;
150BHP (Genuine at the wheels) on standard engine 10:1CR, Injectors, AFM, Pump, TB, Cams, Manifold, basic bolt on Turbo Kit & Turbo Chip using Td04L @ 10-12PSI = £1200-£1500 (depending on extras.. Intecooler size, oil catch can, Dump valve, type of fittings/or lines...ect).
Clutch $525AUD + postage.
2 1/2" exhaust = £350.
Semi solid rear engine mount = £50 or Strut brace with engine brace = £195

+ the little extras that always pop up.

After this you start paying money....

Option two 220BHP;
Completely rebuilt Vitara piston G13B engine/Forged rods, race bearings, mild head work = £1595.
Aftermarket ECU, Adaptronic/3 Bar map sensor & patch loom + Mapping = £1150
The "Above" Basic bolt on Turbo kit @ 24PSI = £1500
Injectors = £100
Fuel Pump = £90
Clutch = $525AUD + postage from Aus
Mallory 6AL = £215
Spark Plugs = £50
Billet fuel rail = $245AUD
60mm SR20 TB = £40

Option three 330BHP;
I will order a DMWdave full race crate engine (overnight parts from Australia lol). = $9000AUD
Haltech with custom loom = £1500 + mapping £450 (or Motec).
Custom Turbo Kit, with VF22 = £2300
Oil cooler = £230
Nitrous Kit, 35HP shot = £600
C16 Race Fuel 5 US Gallon = £93.37p
Injectors = £200
Fuel Pump = £90
Clutch = $525AUD + postage from Aus
Mallory 6AL = £200
Spark Plugs = £50
Billet fuel rail = $245AUD
Alloy engine mounts (bonded metal/rubber inserts) = £150
You have to use an AWD GB £££

And you would also need the other bits to go along with the setup, Bigger drive shafts, Cultus mainfold, brakes, suspension... the list goes on and on.

This not take into account the time countless hours and extra cash that you will have to spend getting it together.
