Too big on the front and not enuff on the back will cause the back to slide and to big on the back and not enuff on the front will cause understeer increase them both by around the same amount I think that's right correct me if I'm wrong

Rwd stiffen the front, fwd stiffen the rear
What other mods have you done? No point wackin on some arbs without doin the basics 1st, bushes, springs/dampers, arb, braces
All depends how you like the car to perform, personaly I like 27-22 f/r
The only down side is when it rains the front is to slidy
For an all round setup I would say 24-20

Fair enough, just be prepard for the handling to change alot if you chuck loads of mods at it at once
The ebqy link should be 22mm rear, its 7/8", the only problem I had with it was the bush brackets wernt right, I had to make my own to fit
White line has a good selection, they even do an 18 mm adjust rear
Remember to get a full alignment done after the changes

Re: anti roll bars
find a suspension shop that will put the geometry you want in it. if they cant do that walk away and find real mechanics!
To save money Id have all the suspension changes doen at once and then an alignment. bit by bit will require an alignment after each mod and that gets expensive unless your sponsored.

Castor bushes mate, the holes are offset to push the wheels forward for more castor, it basicly helps keep some camber when steering, for more camber you can use bolts or mod the turret tops to take 200sx camber mounts, its the cheapest option
As for the alignment, make sure they have the setup with the dishes that fix to the wheels, its really accurate, it messures deg mins and sec so its almost impossable to fcuk it up, you should get a print out of before and after aswel

Re: anti roll bars
start with 2 degree neg on front with small amount of toe out. rear set to zero toe if fwd and stiff bushes or maybe slight toe in if awd and stiff bushes.
as much caster as possible.
