Sorry to say it the best thing to use is a grinder, cutting wheel, fresh steel and a welder. once rusted it will continue rusting unless it's all cut out. thats why its called cancer!. the rust treatments only really work on fresh steel to transform the beginings of rust, the before you can see it rust...don't care what the bottle says.
it may slow it down if used for a long time during the repair but thats all a temporary slow down. if your going to use it make sure the area is completely clean of paint, filler, grease and dust use a wire brush in a grinder and fine grit sandpaper, apply remove, same as above apply again at least 4 times, each time being 24 hours. might make a difference

you can put a million pound finish over it but unless its not there it will come back. when welding your sills make sure you use a weld through primer and seam seal it properly before you waxoyl it. Im an old ford guy at heart and practice so know all about rust.

Where is the sill rust
try here and use a 4 door sill
http://www.carz2.co.uk/suzuki-swift-c-455_461.html

if its at the rear end maybe they are different enough but the front and length should be OK.

I spoke to a bloke today and he said its because alot of the patent part producers have gone tits up even getting sills for a mk5 escort for example have tripled in price but how often do you see a car over 15 years old on the road anymore? the scrappage scheme sorted that out!
