if there are no leaks, then the piston rings need changing

I have put that link and there are explanations under the pictures.
I'm using engine oil 10w40.
The engine has not any smoke and all look as normal, only the consumption is more than normal. There are no leaks. Do you think that the reason of the above is from the swaped engine with that engine block from Suzuki Baleno 16J engine with Suzuki Swift GTI TwinCam head?
With fast shift change in high RPM's, there are black hard powder from the exhaust.
Is this a big problem? What do you think?
If someone who has made the same engine modification can advise me?

The engine should not use excessive amounts of oil because its a G16b with a G13b head. This conversion has been done many times before with out issues.

Take the oil cap off the engine whilst its running and check if there is excessive air pumping out (blow by).

Or do a compress test or leak down test.

Is the oil getting burnt Black/Black?.

Check your oil catch can if you have one or get one and then check it.

Maybe try a thicker high grade semi/synthetic 15/50, next oil change.

The Black coming out will be un-burnt fuel. This is indicating that its running rich, has a fat fuel curve.

Or if its cutting out and has a black cloud your on the limiter and its cutting ignition or could be a weak spark put out by boost or the Megasquirt is having issues.

Take the car to a Dyno and get the AFR's checked and tuned if required.
