have you got an idle control valve and the four bolts to hold it on
situated on the back of the inlet manifold and has a thick pipe on the left goin into it and two small ones at the back

isn't that thingy called a cold start valve? ICV is located on front right of the manifold, with 2 vacuum pipes and a blue plug with 2 wires, or am i mixing something?
