RACE CAR FOR SALE

my race car is now going up for sale,spec as follows;

1991 shell which has only done 40k from new in red.

full race engine by Hellier Performance,mapped at 140bhp(proof) with big valve head,290 degree cat cams,forged pistons,baffled sump,throttle bodies and lightened flywheel.

Newly rebuilt gearbox with lower final drive(makes a massive difference) with gripper LSD and techniclutch paddle clutch.

Full powerflow stainless exhaust with 4-2-1 stainless steel exhaust manifold

Full MBE engine management system and proper loom,not bodged original,capable of running 8 injectors(currently running 4)

LEDA coilovers on the front with 375lb springs.koni adjustables on the rear.front compbrake ally mounts,camber bolts,larger ARB's,polybushed all round including front and rear arms.

front grooved discs,standard calipers all round,goodridge hoses all round,EBC green stuff pads all round(so good on the brakes even with standard calipers)

OMP 6 point bolt in cage with FIA certificate.Corbeau race seat,TRS 5 point harness(brand new) in date until end 2013.OMP suede steering wheel,additional gauges for oil temp and pressure and charging system.

front and rear OMP strut braces in red

comes with 4 15" alloys in white(could do with respraying) and 195/50/15 yoko AD08 tyres(the best list 1A tyres you can buy) which have done around 40 laps on track and also a set of 14" suzuki alloys fitted with toyo T1R wet tyres.

also a shed load of spares.

ive only raced the car twice with a win at Castle Combe in class first time out having never driven the car before with a best lap time of 1m22.8 and at Snetterton with fastest lap in class of 1m26.8.

this car is seriously quick and puts bigger engine cars to shame quite easily.with a bit more work on setup and a move to 40mm Jenveys and a remap you'd be looking at nearly 170bhp,about the max you can get N/A without spending silly money.

As all race/track cars,its not mint with a few battle scars but nothing major to worry about.
