What is the most power you can get out of standard internals?
and what is the weakest parts of these engines?

Hi,
I have been told it will be conrod bolts.
ARP bolts will reduce this issue.
I'm sure everything else will be OK for over 200+Bhp.
I think then it will be conrods itself will be the one needs replacing.
I'm sure Steve, Andy, Sam and John can tell you better.
They are the one you want info from.

hi 200whp is pretty close to the limit which is around 230-240 flywheel bhp as atchi said the forst thing to go is the conrod bolts then the pictons head o ringing or a different headgasket is also required at that sort of power the block will take arounf 355bhp ish with grout before cracking
