heavy knocking

driving home yesterday and ive had a bit of stick with my tps and ht leads,, my car started sounding like it was missing when i set off from the traffic lights and so immendiately i pulled over to check the engine,, following this a very large knocking started around the top part of my engine????

i wasnt thrashing the car so im baffled
had new pistons and bearings etc but not vavles etc


any ideas

what oil you running in on rocker cover off sump off looky time
