help re-assembling

theres 1 part that i cant remember where it came off

the pipe which goes into the back of the water pump
hows does it fit?
does it bolt into the block or something?
coz the hole it seems to go in is a lil closer to the water pump
do i need to push it in hard for it to fit???(no jokes ppl lol)

that bracket is on the altenator and inlet manifold its a brace beetween the 2

the waterpipe at the back has a short 10mm bolt to the block use a little grease on the o ring and it should just slip in
