Fuse list & wiring diagram

Hi Folks!

Trying to sort out the electrics on my 1990 Gti!
It has been rallied and many of the electrical circuits have been disconnected / changed.
I have a handbook, but no fuse list - just the main underbonnet ones.
I have a disk of the Workshop manual - very good indeed but the "fuselist" shows only what is on the lid (& is upside down!!), not each service on that circuit.
The wiring diagram is illegible, never seen one like it in 30 years!

So, if anyone has a list of services from each fuse, or a wiring diagram, I would be very grateful.
Meantime, I have no instrument lights, anyone know which fuse?

iv got a gti handbook on my computer i downloaded from sumwhere, the wiring diagram is chapter 8-2 onwards i think and theres sum diagrams at 9-40 aswell, if its the same book u have.

I have the ; "Suzuki Swift Service Manual 1300 GTI"
Black & White cover.

Electrics starts 8.2, as you say but;
The fuse list has only single names, not all circuits on that fuse
(Its really just a drawing of the fusebox lid)!

Plenty of "wiring diagrams" but mostly just showing connectors or individual circuits. No overall diagram.

If you have a different book why dont we swap?
Mine is easily emailed as its a PDF.

i got the same book as u, i also got a chiltons book on the swift/metro/sprint (not gti), i try and scan parts of the book 4 u if i get chance,
but i aint really sure wot u mean?
do u mean how 2 wire up the actual fuse on the board to each circuit?
or just wot each fuse is used to protect? cus it says on the cover like fogs, Acc etc.

Got Chiltons book too, thanks!
Each fuse will cover more than one facility;
eg Fuse no 4 might be 15A and cover interior lights, radio, etc
The book / cover lists only one item per fuse.
Its the only owners manual that does not have a full list.

chuck those chiltons away coz they are crap!!
have you looked at all of the fuses to see if any are blown?
iv got a factory manual and by the looks of it, they are fused with the indicators
but im no sparky so i could be wrong
