Rear light problem Empty Rear light problem

I've got a rear light and dash lights problem I've checked all fuses but all fuses and bulbs are ok has anyone got any ideas.
Rear lights are not working but brake lights are fine.
All dash lights are off including heater lights??

check all the earths, there are a couple pages in the manual of earth locations
