phase1/phase2

i have just used a phase 1 lome on a phase 2 gti cupple of tings i would like to dubble check on ... speedo cables theres only 2 not 3 will this still work on the phase 2 dials ? also on top of the intake manfold by the fual rail there is a sencer is that diffent on the phase 1 engin and what dose it do and will it make a diffence to me useing a phase 1 lome on a phase 2???? thanks

It may work but not fully on the phase 2 there are extra sensors the ph one didnt have a lamda sensor to start with ur better off getting a ph2 one

yeah but f**k that lol i got a full phase 1 lome because theres only one sencer it dont have lamber wont stop it i have been told the engin waring light will be on thats all lol

are you using all ph1 stuff or are you mixing with dash clocks etc

nah phase 2 gti lump - i was gunna use my phase 2 dials but i kinda dont think u can same with the dash board so i got them... the intake manfold at the top the sencer on top of the intake manfold on the right hand side looking ^ to the window its a brown one i think if im right its not got that and how will this affect it? thanks

ah now i understand the ph1 and 2 engines are the same the thing your talking about is a air bypass valve i think take it off and block up the holes if you dont have a plug fopr it on the ph1 loom it isent needed the ph2 gtis were made to be greener but we dont need that
