Where is the best place to get an oil feed for the turbo from? Cant even seem to find the oil pressure sensor :-S also does anyone know if you need an oil restrictor with a garett gt28r turbo? Thanks.

i believe most people take the feed from the right hand side of the head.
and the oil pressure sensor is the closest sensor to the oil filter

im using a garrett t28 if yours is ball bearing it must be a t28r in which case you mite need to restrict it as normal t28 is journal bearing, if yours is ball bearing im well jelous lol

Ive got ur mag feature. Its a really nice car. Ive got forged rods, 8.5:1 comp forged pistons, custom cams, bigger valves, stronger valve springs, solid lifters, aftermarket inlet, ported n polished, gt28r turbo, 550cc inj, balanced crank, lightened flywheel, dmdave clutch n fuel rail, fuel pressure reg, 255 walbro fuel pump and converted my swift to 4x4. Hoping to get 300bhp at the flywheel but not sure if it will be that high. Ive also removed the dizzy and running an mbe standalone ecu n got polycarbonate windows. Need to upload some pics of my build but not sure how to do it.

Only going to rev to about 8 for now and see how it runs. U can gain an extra 10 to 20 Bhp by having them, but the downside is that they need reshimming every so often when they wear. What compression ratio are you running? Have you had any problems with the drivetrain since you turbo'd it?

Ive not welded my diff, is there much point in doing it? Ive removed the viscous and lengthened and strengthened the mini prop. I got my rad about 8 months ago. Have u tried looking on ebay?
