DTA Install

I'm ditching the OEM ECU and changing to DTA.
In the Swift engine relay box there is a 15amp blade fuse (white/green and white/red. White /red piggy backs onto the fuel injection relay and I'm assuming white/green is power? Is this the fuse that protects the ECU though?
I have kept the Swift relay box as it has the fuel pump relay and the fuel injection relay already there.
I have almost finished the loom I've made for the DTA install and before i hook it all up I want to sure that DTA ECU is protected.
