Justy Fuel Tank
Im in the process of converting my gti into 4wd but im a bit stuck with converting the justy fuel tank wiring to work with the swift wiring. Any help on how to do this would be much apreciated. Thanks.

Re: Justy Fuel Tank
Thats what i was thinking but the justy fuel tank also has two sender units, one for the fuel gauge and i presume the other is to determine the fuel level on the other side of the tank to tell that pump to pump fuel accross to the other side. Not sure but could do with more info. Thanks.

Do you know if theres an ecu that controls it on a justy and if so where abouts on the car it is?

I can help you out. It's a clever system. Just got to find the info.... It's here somewhere in my Suzuki library

Re: Justy Fuel Tank
It is clever how it works thats why i was wondering if it had its own ecu to control the levels on both sides off the tank. If you could try and find out for me i would really appreciate it. Thanks.

It isn't controlled by the ECU. It is sensor controlled.

Re: Justy Fuel Tank
So what is the best way to wire it up? Ive read on a forum that you have to build a custom loom and that there is a relay that controls the small pump. Think im going to have to follow all the wiring back to the dash on the subaru and see where they all go.

Re: Justy Fuel Tank
The components of the fuel system are the tank, fuel pump, circulation pump, filter, fuel level gauge and sub fuel level gauge.
The main tank is on the drivers side. The circulation pump transfers fuel to the drivers side of the tank.
When the fuel level rises above the fluid level sensor the circulation pump operates when ign on to pump to the other side. Fuel pump operates simultaneously on startup. When the level of fuel in the passengers side drops below the operational level of the fluid level sensor the relay stops the circulation pump.
The fuel level reading is displayed by compound resistance value derived from the two fuel level gauges connected in series (i.e. average of both levels)

Re: Justy Fuel Tank
That post was to suggest getting the Justy wiring to the tank that will be under the rear seat is probably the easy option.
