gti rear wheel drive gearbox

Hi all is ther a rear wheel drive gearbox to fit the swift gti engine am gona be making a kit car are the mk 1s rwd? Thanx peeps

You can use a box out of an sj or jimny, could even use a 1.6 vitaras with some mods

You will have to use rear diff and so on.
Like Gary said, you can use SJ(small Jeep) gearbox. You need to watch out as some of them are 4 speed gearbox.
Some says that you can use Suzuki Carry axel but I would think you may be able to use a Justy rear diff as long as you can connect a prop shaft to it. How about even an Impreza Diff as they are a lot of and cheaply on ebay.
You have to mount an engine North/South direction.
I don't know what clutch, flywheel to use but I have seen so many of SJ with G13B engines.

Cheers lads thanx for info, i was going down the bike engined route but gona be a costly hobby due to yamaha r1 and suzuki hayabusa engines looms carbs ecu and clocks inexces of 1500 t 2k then youve got to sort a prop to fit the drive cog, then fit a seperate reverse gearbox whitch is ateast 600 bar coz mbikes dnt hav reverse, so was wanting to gti engine turbo her and run rwd set up and shil b rapid lyk
