hi all, im running twin 40 dellortos on my swift and have problems with clearence between the servo.
I want to remove the servo all together and change to an early master cylinder. Ive heard an 80s civic master cylinder is a pretty straight forward swap. Has anyone done this or are there any others that fit without to much modifictation?
Thanks jack

Iv got the same problem with my itbs, I was going to use a full filter and backing plate with plenum
Now im just going to use socks for each vstack and try to make something round them to get cold air in there

yea not a lot of room there, already had to relocate the vacuum pipe. i only have room for the shortest ram pipe and can just about get a gauze filter on the end. Not much good really so going to try and find a master cylinder i think.

Ok will do, on the hunt for a master cylinder at the mo. Theres a bit on teamswift about using a honda one. Some modification to the bulkhead may be needed as well! Going to have a look on redline for any more info now ...

Sorry for the late reply on this ive been down under for the past 12 months. Ok so ive decided to get rid of the twin 40s and swap to bike carbs now instead so i dont have to butcher the bulk head. I will be removing the brake servo all together and fitting a pedal box with twin master cylinders as my car is not going back on the road again. Ill post some pics when ive got it all fitted : )
Anyone with a set of ITBs, bike carbs and or manifold for sale drop me a pm!
