Justify...AWD Gti

Got a gti engine(92) to go in a justy, im trying to plan ahead for when i get the car (soon).
What loom do i need? entire mk2 gti or just engine loom? what relays?

I read here that wipers, stalks & clocks are different on mk2 /justy and to use mk3 :

Can anyone give more info on whats been spliced onto what.
I have gti engine loom thats been cut from the car all connectors to engine are present is this any use?

would be easyer if you use everything from gti

teh spliced wires in my post were the GTi spec rear lights into a justy, nothing to do with a GTi engine in a Justy.
Get some photos up and a propper desription up when you do it.

Jesse do you mean entire car loom, engine loom, gti clocks, stalks and ignition plus relays and fuse boxes?
Is the '89 gti wiring diagram relevant?

i know this isnt the same car but when i converted my gls to gti i used EVERY WIRE i changed dash over every wire from front to back so everything works without cutting up anything so its all plug and play

I got my justy couple of days ago at auction, radiator was blown and arches abit rusty


It has AC and electric mirrors but doesnt have central lockin or electric windows

ordered a gti rad which i should pick up tomorrow

i have alot of gti parts for sale if your planning on changing the bumpers etc

yeah thought about bumpers it would look so much better with swift ones but just want to get the gti engine running asap.
some stuff i do need tho is fuel pump, coil, ecu and a flange for afm.
Think i need a mk3 loom to keep the justy dash and stalks, not sure if i can keep justy clocks.
does mk3 loom need mk3 ecu?

I think you will want the GTi clocks as i think the rev counter reads higher than cars equipped with the 8 valve
There is a Mk4 swift on this site similar color which actually looks food with the justy/mk4 front panels, if I find it ill post a link.

rev counter shows 8k if it will work i ll keep it for a while
tested air con it works perfect, can it be removed easily? is it worth anythin?

Ill give you 50 for all the aircon stuff, hardware, electrical, plumbing etc

Might be able to do that here in coldland but the car is off to australia early next year and when its 45 degrees and still hot even with nothing on Air con is a godsend.

can someone say what years are mk3 gtis ? and if its ok to run gti fuel pump on the 8v?
was thinking i could sort the back arches while i m doing the fuel pump n get these jobs out the way.
haha only noticed a few days ago the indicator is on the right love it, what does everyone else think?
