Re: handbrake adjustment
did you replace the pads as well, on one side or on both. The handbrake is adjusted under the centre console between the seats. one nut adjusts both cables.
somethings not right of only one side is locking up
cheers,

i didnt replace any pads just the os caliper, its actually the second caliper as i thought the first replacment was faulty because of this issue so i took it back to the shop and they gave me another one but still have the same problem.

Re: handbrake adjustment
i had a sticky caliper not long ago, took it apart as much as it would let me but it still did it plus the cable was very slack on one side
turned out to be a sticky cable instead

Re: handbrake adjustment
another thought!
did you have the other caliper off?
Could you have replaced it with the pad dimple not in the caliper slot, effectively thickning up the pads and locking on first?

Hi,
I think rear disc brake calliper is adjustable by screwing in/out.
May be the one you have replaced is adjusted to suit the other car.
Cheers
