Re: HELP URGENTLY NEEDED!
change the maf back to std for now, the t/b will be fine as it is
if you want to get it to run smoother then you will need to raise the fuel pressure
it will never be perfect
the only way to sort it out proper would be to use it with a aftermarket ecu

Re: HELP URGENTLY NEEDED!
adjuable fuel pressure regulator would be the easiest solution I'm guessing, from what I've gathered from various sources, you'll either have to modify your fuil rail to fit one or but a pre-modified fuil rail.

Re: HELP URGENTLY NEEDED!
Suzuki RD do them, but it'll be about £100. I'm sure there will be someone on here that'll modify one for you, if there is, I'm interested too!

Re: HELP URGENTLY NEEDED!
i think u can cut of the regulator on the fuel rail and solder on a 22mm end feed stop end. and fit an adjustable fuel regulator. i have seen it done b4 some where as a cheap alternative.

Re: HELP URGENTLY NEEDED!
Im the person who sold them to him, the car had high lift cams, 4-1 exhaust manifold, chipped ecu and other little bits flywheel etc but when i put it all on i put all new gaskets on for a start did you do that ? and i didnt ever put the MAF on because i heard so many people saying runs like shit with it on, but i didnt have a fpr or fuelrail, but it did making a difference just with the inlet and throttle body felt alot more torque and pulled more in the very high revs and sounded alot beefyer

Re: HELP URGENTLY NEEDED!
it will not run right unless u have a fpr simple andf with a stock maf your not getting anymore air so theres no point in having it on. one of garndis n/a chips will help alot aswell as they richen it up a little.
also did you recalibrate your tps ?

Re: HELP URGENTLY NEEDED!
Sorry, when you say don't use the MAF do you mean the sensor or the housing. I'm planning on doing this soon so I need to know.

u have to use the maf unless its standalone management, think he ment standard maf rather than the bored maf housing
